Excellent quality Cable Tracks - ZF45D Double- row Full-closed type Load Bearing Flexible Cable Tray Chain – JINAO
Excellent quality Cable Tracks - ZF45D Double- row Full-closed type Load Bearing Flexible Cable Tray Chain – JINAO Detail:
1. Material: Reinforced nylon, with high pressure and tensile load, good toughness, high elasticity and wear resistance, flame retardant, stable performance at high and low temperature, can be used outdoors, the amount of nylon content determines the drag The strength and wear resistance of the chain and how noisy it is to run. The nylon content varies from 5% to 17%, but does not exceed 19%. Generally, the content is about 30%.
2. Resistance: oil resistance, salt resistance, and certain acid and alkali resistance.
3. Running speed and acceleration (the specific speed and acceleration depend on the running situation).
4. Operating life.
5. Looking at the structure can not only play a role in mechanics, but also look at the appearance.
Cable and hose carriers are flexible structures made of links that guide and organize moving cable and hose. Carriers enclose the cable or hose and move with them as they travel around machinery or other equipment, protecting them from wear. Cable and hose carriers are modular, so sections may be added or removed as needed without specialized tools. They’re used in many settings, including material handling, construction, and general mechanical engineering.

Application
In harsh environments, cables need protection from dust, chips, dirt, and other external environments. Provide the best protection for your cables with our fully enclosed managed range. The design is dense and robust for movement at high speeds. Faced with strong mechanical stress in time, it does not affect the normal operation of the energy chain
Classic fields and their applications: material transport, woodworking machines, in all areas of soiling and cutting…
