Screw chip conveyor is mainly used for the transportation of granular, powder, block and short chips cut by metal and non-metal materials. Because the machine is compact in structure, small in space occupation, convenient in installation and use, less in transmission links, reliable in operation, extremely low failure rate, and large selection range of propulsion speed. It is especially suitable for machine tools with small chip evacuation space and other chip removal forms that are not easy to install.

Screw chip conveyor is divided into three types: the A type has a rotating mandrel and has a chip collecting groove; the B type has no rotating mandrel and has a chip collecting groove; the C type has no rotating mandrel and has no chip collecting groove; Also can work combined with other chip removal devices.

Application
